This signup gives you immediate access to Sonata Petrikaite’s free beginner guide and joins her email list for practice tips, course updates and launch invitations, as explained beside the signup button.

What we collect

We collect your email address, when you sign up, your email consent and the campaign labels in the link you used. These labels help us understand which Story brought people to the list. We do not ask for payment details or health information.

What happens next

Your video and PDF are available on the website immediately after signup. Sonata and her funnel team will use your email to send the guide, practice tips, course updates and launch invitations. Joining the list does not enrol you in a paid program or start a subscription.

Storage and service providers

Signups are stored in the website’s hosted database, provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The list may be moved to an email service to deliver the updates you requested. It will not be sold or published. Only people operating Sonata’s funnel should have access to the list.

Your choices

Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Immediately after signing up, you can also use the “Manage your email signup” link on the guide page in the same browser tab to remove your signup. To request access, correction or deletion later, contact Sonata through @sonata.pt on Instagram and identify the email address you used. Don’t post your email publicly.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while operating the list and sending the emails you requested. If you opt out, we stop marketing to that address and may keep a minimal suppression record so you are not accidentally added again. A deletion request is handled by the funnel team.

Basic site operation

This page does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process request information to serve and protect the website. Temporary, hashed request identifiers are used to limit repeated signup attempts; raw IP addresses are not stored in the subscriber list.
